We are fundraising to support our families
Jack's Helping Hand was founded by Paul and Bridget Ready in memory of their son Jack, whose three-year struggle with a rare form of brain cancer ended in 2004. Like all children, Jack played games, interacted with others, learned how to communicate, eat and behave. But Jack needed special assistance to do those things. During the course of Jack’s treatments, the Ready's realized that many families of children with disabilities require assistance to meet their children’s special needs. Jack’s Helping Hand was created to assist children in the community with cancer and special needs who have unmet physical, mental and medical needs. Our mission is to provide community programs that meet the unique challenges of children with cancer or special needs under the age of 21. Today, we go above and beyond to assist this population of children. In the past 12 months, we have filled over 650 requests for assistance, kept our therapy programs running, and so much more. This would not be possible without our incredible donors and supporters like you. Your donation provides the much-needed support our children and families need - Thank you!
